Zero guesswork for 42 days.
High protein, nutrient dense meals, 20-minute strength workouts and a plan for every single day. The exact system I used to lose 100 pounds.
Plus a $1,000 grand prize
Monday, January 18 to Sunday, February 28
From Mallory
I didn't need to eat less. I needed to eat better.
I spent ten years sick, tired and a hundred pounds heavier than I wanted to be. I tried every plan that told me to eat less.
What finally worked was the opposite: more protein, real food my kids would eat, and short strength workouts I could do in my living room.
The challenge is exactly that, laid out day by day, so you never have to wonder what's for dinner or what to do today.
xo, Mal

My face 💁🏼♀️
Guys, can we just take a moment and appreciate what a difference food makes. My skin looks clearer and brighter, my face is less puffy. Crazy to look at the side by side.

Mindset Shift
Some days just don't go as planned.
Today just has been an unplanned long day. I got home super late this evening & I am really tired because I also did not sleep good the night before. So I made the decision to move my workout to this weekend when I will be able to focus and give 100% effort. I knew if I did it tonight I wouldn't be 100% focused and I would just be going through the motions. Typically something like this not staying on the plan exactly how it is would have derailed me for a few days and my mindset would be so doom & gloom. However; now I am remaining positive and I know this isn't going to ruin my progress because I have a plan in place to still get the workout done. I know I have said it before and I will say it again it's ok if every day isn't perfect!! Today will not ruin tomorrow.

Weight Milestone
Milestone 2 Achieve
So thankful that I showed up everyday and put my whole heart into this challenge. I have never been this consistent as I always got discouraged after 2 weeks but it’s consistency everyday that pays off and small wins add up. I was slow and steady but I achieved my 3lb weight lost this morning. Six weeks ago I would have been a bit disappointed with that number. But looking at my measurements and progress pictures, trying on clothes, I can see the change! My face was so puffy day one. I am so inspired to keep going on my own and excited to see where I am at in another 6 weeks.

Day 42 It’s here we did it ….
Six weeks ago, I started this challenge looking for a change—today, I am celebrating a whole new mindset and a change in my body. 🎉 I am incredibly thankful for this experience. The community’s motivation has helped me keep moving forward everyday. Mallory’s motivational peep talks made things feel so comforting and put my mind at ease each morning. This challenge may be over, but these habits are here to stay. Feeling stronger, healthier, confident, and so very grateful! 💪✨ Quote from Dolly Parton “If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one”. 💕

Not craving sugar or simple carbs anymore
I might not have been able to fully participate on this challenge but I stuck with the movement I could and the food. I don't crave sugar like I used too. Not even simple carbs. And when I do have a little bit, that is all I need. A bit. Not a large helping. Not a second helping. Not another treat on top of the first. This is HUGE. Hitting protein goals works. I LOVED THIS PROGRAM.

Cravings Gone
Making Good Choices
Proud of myself for making good choices while having company. Tried to create meals that I could feed my family but also eat myself so I didn't have to eat separate meals in front of them. I did get asked, "oh your not having icecream?" 😝Nope. I mean I could of but it wasn't worth it to me, I was completely fine dishing out icecream to everyone else.

Biggest win for me
The biggest win for me since this challenge began is continuing to show up even when I fall down even when I miss a workout or don’t eat as well as I should. I’m proud of myself regardless of what the scale says I know I’ve made serious changes that will last for a lifetime.

Getting Stronger
So proud
Worked another 11 hr day and when I got home I did my workout. So proud of myself. Walked my noon lunch and feel so good. Not a lot of weight loss, around 3 lbs so far but clothes aren't as tight. Feeling stronger which is huge. Hope I keep going.

Questions
Do I need a gym?
No. Every workout is built for home with a few dumbbells, and takes about 20 minutes.
Will my family eat this food?
That's the whole point. These are real dinners, not diet food. My three kids eat them.
I'm a beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. Every move has a video and every day tells you exactly what to do.
What happens after the 42 days?
You keep the habits, the recipes you loved and the strength you built.
What equipment do I need?
A few pairs of dumbbells (light, medium and heavy) and a little floor space. That's it.
How much time does it take each day?
About 20 minutes for the workout. Meals are simple weeknight cooking, and the grocery list is already written.
Do I have to count calories?
No. You get your own protein and macro targets, and the meals are built to hit them. Tracking is there if you want it.
Is this a diet where I'm hungry all the time?
The opposite. Most women are undernourished, not lazy. You'll eat more protein and more real food than you're used to.
Can I do it if I'm vegetarian or dairy free?
You can. Every recipe has swap notes, and you can trade any meal for another one that works for you.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. Pick up where you left off. Consistency over perfection is the whole point, and it's how you win the prize.
How does the $1,000 grand prize work?
Complete your days, log your workouts and share your wins. The most consistent woman wins, not the one who loses the most.
Is it on an app?
Yes. Everything lives right in your phone: your day, your meals, your workouts, your tracking and the community.
I've tried everything. Why would this be different?
Because it isn't another plan that tells you to eat less. It's the exact system I used to lose over 100 pounds.
Will I lose weight?
Every body is different, but feeding yourself enough protein and getting stronger is what finally let the weight come off for me and so many women in the last round.
Can I do this while breastfeeding or pregnant?
Please talk to your doctor first. Many moms have joined, and the food is real, nourishing food, but your physician knows your body best.
When will the next challenge be?
Right now, there are no plans for another challenge. So get in while you can!
Is there support if I get stuck?
Yes. I'm in your inbox every weekday, and there's a private community of women doing it right alongside you.
Six weeks from now, you'll be glad you started.
